Two-way DC power supply for the first time

Upon receipt of the two-way DC power supply, the product must be inspected immediately and put to work immediately. However, as the saying goes, sharpening the knife does not mistakenly cut wood workers. We should first understand the instructions for the first power-on of the two-way DC power supply, so as to avoid improper operation and product failure, which will not only cause trouble, but also delay the work.

First, we need to electrify the line. At this time, the input end is marked as input, single-phase dual-wire ground wire (L represents live line, N represents neutral line, E/PE represents ground wire), input voltage AC220V, input frequency 50Hz/60Hz. Note: Sockets or terminals with ground wires must be connected!
The input end marks the input, three-phase three-wire grounding wire (A, B, C represents the live wire, E/PE represents the ground wire), input voltage AC380V, input frequency 50Hz/60Hz. Note: Sockets or terminals with ground wires must be connected!
The input end marks the input, three-phase four-wire ground wire (A, B, C represents the live line, N represents the neutral line, E/PE represents the ground wire), input voltage AC380V, input frequency 50Hz/60Hz. Note: Sockets or terminals with ground wires must be connected!
The input terminal is marked as INPUT. DC INPUT (positive terminal, negative terminal, E/PE ground terminal). Select input parameters as required. Note: Sockets or terminals with ground wires must be connected!
The DC power supply uses positive and negative output cables. Note: the positive and negative poles cannot be reversed! The output terminals are labeled Output, COM, OUT, and E/PE as ground wires.
Subsequently, we need to carefully check that the AC input voltage is consistent with the input voltage of this product, then we can turn on the panel power switch and turn on the power. It can be used after turning on the power, but for best test results, start the machine and warm it up for 15 minutes. Testing is more accurate and convenient.
When the load is off, set the current and voltage to the desired values.
Connect a wire between (+) and (-) at the output end of the power supply. The wire chosen should be able to withstand the maximum output current of the power supply (about 3-6A per square cable).
If the load current is less than the set current, CV indicator will light up. If the load current is greater than the set current, CC indicator will light up. CV and CC will not light up at the same time.
After the test is completed, remember to turn off the "POWER" switch on the panel and turn off the power.
