Prepare for the UPS battery string isolation discharge test as follows:

1.UPS status check:

Check the operating status of the UPS to be tested, power supply voltage, current, frequency and other power data, load rate and load current of the UPS, and check whether the UPS control panel has other abnormal alarm data.

2.UPS voltage and load side check: Test the UPS power supply route, switch capacity, switch status, load current, power supply quantity and other data, and check the switch status and load of the UPS output panel;

3. Take temporary safety measures to test the UPS bypass power supply, and connect the standby branch switch of the LOW-load UPS output screen in the same machine room with temporary pre-power supply to prevent abnormal mains power;

4. Prepare load equipment for test with corresponding voltage level (three-phase resistive load is the false load on site), connecting cables, circuit breaker spare parts, etc.;

5. Connect each battery string to be tested with a battery voltage test device for collecting test data and storing records during the test.

6. Plan and group the test battery pack, check the site situation, and check the connection position of the test line;

7. Calculate the battery pack voltage and load power to be connected after battery pack grouping, and calculate the load current during the test in advance to be compared with the actual test;

8. Find out the wiring environment, internal wiring groups and routing of fake load, and consult and communicate with the technical personnel of the manufacturer, so as to facilitate the test safety.
